Response from Elizabeth's An American Bistro Thank you for your 5 star rating! While we look for ways to remedy our parking downtown, we have our dinners begin at 4:30 as parking meters are free after 5pm weekdays, and free all day Saturday/Sunday. We are looking into alternative strategies and ideas for events and busier holiday seasons. We look forward to having the opportunity to give you another great meal in the near future!
